From our home on Cleveland's Near West Side, Edgewater Hearth is a cottage bakery specializing in naturally leavened artisan sourdough. Every loaf is handcrafted in small batches and baked to order using simple, honest ingredients.
We offer weekly pre-orders beginning early each week, with fresh bread available for pickup on Friday evenings and Saturdays.
Baking to order allows us to focus on the simple things that matter most—time, tradition, and careful craftsmanship. We bake every loaf to be worthy of your table.
